heartbeats and wintery mornings

the recent snow storm allowed me an extra day of vacationing in new york this past weekend. so how did i spend my extra day? playing in the snow in central park of course! it was the first time i've seen snow in probably over ten years, so like a good grown up i tried to disturb any pristine areas of snow, and although i didn't have a companion to snow ball fight with, i lived vicariously through those that did, in a totally not creepy but with a really huge smile kind of way.
